TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES I PROVIDE
All my products and
artwork are designed and created by me, Zoe Howarth, the owner of
Sacred Wild Soul, in my studio in Cornwall, UK. All rights to the
artworks are retained by the designer Zoe Howarth.
I accept all major
debt and credit cards as well as paypal payments to make the
transaction as easy as possible for you. Once payment has been made
in full I will ship items out. A payment plan can be put in place if
necessary. If working to a payment plan item will be shipped once the
final payment is made.
DELIVERY AND COSTS ASSOCIATED
For all pre-sale
order products please allow 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped
whilst I lovingly hand assemble and package your item. Once completed
I will email you to confirm that it is ready for shipping. All in
stock items will be ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days and
the customer will be notified when the item has been dispatched. All
items are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive with the
customer in perfect condition. Items will be shipped as tracked and
signed for to ensure that delivery is guaranteed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF
EITHER PARTY DOESN'T DELIVER OR PAY
Items will only be
posted once full payment is received- if you wish to set up a payment
plan for a specific piece please contact me at
email@example.com to discuss and arrange. The product will
only be shipped once the final payment is completed. If there is an
issue with postage or you have not recieved your items after 14days
of shipping please contact me to discuss further at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that international shipping can
take anywhere from 14-30 days so please be patient :)
Please give notice
of any issues as soon as possible. If it is regarding an item that
has been shipped to you please contact me within 14 days. If you are
unsure of any details please email me with any questions and queries

HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE
TO RETURN AN ITEM?
I take pride in my
work and really want to you love your ittems but if you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase or are having issues please
contact me within the first 14 days of receiving your item and I will
try my hardest to rectify the matter if that results in adjustment,
exchange or refund.
CONDITION OF PRODUCT
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Please return items
in the perfect condition that you received it in.
RECEIPT/ PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please make sure you
keep your receipt/ order number as ref of your purchase. We will also
ask for your name and address to confirm.
WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT
Please expect a
refund within 7 working days after we have received the item back or
within 7 working days of confirming the cancellation of your order.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR COVERING POSTAGE COSTS
The customer is
responsible for the postage costs of the item. If you are returning
an item for a refund we will refund the product in full minus the
original postage costs.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
FOR RETURN INC SALES ITEMS
Any digital products
are not eligible for refund so please be certain of your purchase

If you wish to
return an item or discuss anything you are not happy with please
email me at email@example.com and I will do my best to resolve

AM I ABLE TO SUPPLY
SUBSTITUTE GOODS/SERVICES OF EQUIVALENT QUALITY & PRICE?
If the customer
wishes to exchange an item for a piece of equivalent price, or pay
the difference this is by all means possible.
SHOPPER HAS THE
RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS AND REFUNDED IN
FULL. THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US TODAY!
